"La regadera de la recámara no permitía el paso del agua y salía un chorrito de agua fría. Las sábanas y cobijas estaban duras. Hacía calor en el cuarto. En cuanto al restaurante, los platos colocados en el bufet tenían polvo y no puedo creer que sigan usando vasos de plástico y unicel. La jarra del agua se terminaba inmediatamente y no la rellenaban.
