Over all it was ok but not what expected, the pipes seem to be rusted as the water was just rust color. The bed sheets are so tin and dingy, didn’t even look clean the same with the towels, old drywall not and very rough on the skin. I wouldn’t recommend and not planing to come back to this hotel. The stuff is great, too bad they have too little to work with.

Instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpias. Excelente servicio, olvidamos un IPad en la habitación en el checkout y antes de salir del hotel nos avisaron que la encontraron y nos la entregaron. Gracias!

En lo general muy bien . Hace falta un poco de mejor trato por parte de uno de los meseros ( el cubano atiende con mucha amabilidad y el otro delgado muy serio) que pareciera que anda a fuerza , mal humorado ó intolerante, no tiene la mina intención de ser tolerante, servicial o condescendiente.

Nos aceptaron con nuestra perrita en habitación pet friendly, pero si quieres estar en zona de alberca o restaurante, te aclaran que no son áreas para la mascota y alguien siempre debe quedarse con ella en la habitación, detalles que no te dicen previamente por teléfono. El agua de la alberca muy fria. El código qr no mostraba el menú y nos quedamos con ganas de pedir servicio a la habitación.
