"Do NOT use Expedia for international bookings. Property offers a lot more flexibility and better service via its own site or other platforms (I had good experience with Ctrip for China). Expedia prevented us from checking out early although hotel manager agreed at no charge. Expedia made false promises on timeline and resolution, wasted our time and added stress during our travels. Hotel itself is great in service and location. Close to lots of popular restaurants offering authentic Chinese...

"The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road. "
