"The staff at the desk in the evening and morning were quite friendly. We came in late and tired and the woman behind the desk suggested before we check in to go have the food they were offering since it was going to end soon. It was macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, and pulled pork sliders. Delicious and unexpected. We appreciated the advice. Our room was neat, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely go back o our next trip south."

"My friend and I stayed overnight in adjoining rooms at ALoft in Charlotte after attending a concert at the Knight Theater. We were both impressed that the theater was within easy walking distance of the hotel, and especially enjoyed viewing the art installments as we strolled to and from the theater. "Very nice property great staff during the day. People walking through the halls and in the parking lots all throughout the night and early morning makes the stay somewhat unsafe. I would stay here again but I’ll only deal with people who are in charge some of the staff aren’t sure about room availability "

"The hotel is an overall nice property. Located in a convenient, but quiet area. Bathroom door was broken and would not shut or latch. Bathroom light took about 10 minutes to warm up enough to put out enough light to see while using the bathroom or showering. Some minor repairs could have pushed this review to an “Excellent.” "

"There’s a fresh and clean scent that hits you right when you walk in. Unfortunately the rooms didn’t smell the same, they smelled old. Outside of that we had a great stay."

"Check in was easy and quick. Bathroom clean and good water pressure. Bed was clean and comfortable. Some things travelers may want to know: limited tv channels, air conditioning wasnt super efficient but we were comfortable, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast options. Overall we were comfortable and happy since we were just road tripping. "
