"What to say about the host of this property! responsive within minutes. Paper towels stocked as well as toilet paper, Great towels and plenty of them as well as sheets and pillows. And the location. A grocery store within walking distance; a wonderful pizza/Italian restaurant; CVS, And South Park only 3 miles away. I was there for 2 weeks. Feels like home. Stay at Sara's place on your next visit to Charlotte. You will not be disappointed "

"The picture of this property did not reflect actual. This turns out to be a mediocre 2 bedroom apartment in large complex in a very congested part of town. The unit was poorly furnished with few amenities. The parking is ok but controlled by permit. On my last morning my vehicle was booted even though the permit was clearly visible on the dash. It cost $180 to have it removed. The property manager did nothing. Great money making scam. I give this property an Avoid at all Costs - Just Ssy No"

"The apartment was nice, clean, and large. We couldnt of asked for a better place. The check in was easy. However, the amenities on the property grounds were not functioning, including the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. It was a bit of a bummer, since those amenities helped us decide on this place."

"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay. The suite was spacious, but as another reviewer pointed out, it is more of a studio-style layout where the sleeping area is not separated from the living area and kitchenette. Additionally, communication within VRBO was rendered useless despite the fast reply time as I was redirected to the front desk for most of my questions and concerns. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to others."
