Just a little bit challenge for check in process since the lobby door is closed and the guests need to use the intercom to speak with the staff in order to get in. Maybe, this is due to the Holiday season. Other than that, every thing is great and it has exceeded our expectation. "Loved our stay at the Tory - the hotel’s central location helped us have an amazing trip in Wellington, and the staff were always super friendly. A handy little gym (very limited but does the job) and a nice pool. Only downside was that the toilet did leak while we were there, but staff did offer for us to change rooms and fitted the bathroom with extra towels for the floor. Would recommend 👍"
