"The hotel is convenient for the harbour restaurants, marina, shopping and market. Staff very friendly on reception. Accessibility would be an issue - stairs into reception and a tiny lift. Bed comfy. Wardrobe and room very dated and made it look grubby even though regular cleaning and servicing of the room. Breakfast was included. simple and plentiful. Ok for a few days. "

"It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. "I had a really nice stay here. The room was spacious, the bed/pillow was very comfortable, it was quiet and the curtains blocked out the light well. A kettle would have made the room better as I drink lots of tea but never mind. Breakfast was included and worth getting up early for. They had milk alternatives (soya, oat and almond) which was great for me. I liked their selection of teas as well. The location is pretty and walkable. "Staff on reception are fantastic, pool was lovely & clean, beds great , though not much space to maneuver around bed, just wish they had a more accessible apartments, ie..shower, but we managed & were given a step free terrace. Brilliant.. lovely gardens would return. "
