"The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁"

(Usually open from 15:00~10:00 next morning - so anytime at night) Yes rooms are small - on par with most business hotels - but the sauna and hot spring options are worth it. Free ice cream afterwards. (Yoghurt drink in the morning) a bowl of ramen for an evening snack. "

"Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards. Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!"

We faced train station and we did not hear trains, quiet..lobby has a serene water fall that streams through lobby..staff very helpful..."
