"Room is clean and nice. Clear instruction for check in and out. But the lock in my room has problem and it suddenly keeps on opening and locking in early morning (6:20). it is so scared that I think someone is breaking in. Luckily the front desk open at 6am and staff can help to fix."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Una excelente opción cerca de Takasaki. Es un lugar tranquilo a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren más cercana, tiene varios atractivos turísticos cerca. La habitación del hotel es muy bonita, la cama cómoda y te ofrecen una comida al día."
