"We had a lovely relaxing weekend at the hotel. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar has a relaxing vibe. Our room as allways was very spacious and comfortable . The shower is great. Free parking is also a bonus."

Large bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Only one bath towel, understandable for a single but two would have been better for a couple. Bed very comfortable. Bar and breakfast areas were very clean and well laid out. Did not have an evening meal, but breakfast was excellent. Would dry recommend and visit again."

"Wonderful room with an excellent breakfast. Really narrow entrance to the car park which needs careful negotiation to access, I scraped my car the first visit as I hadn’t read their email explaining how to get in, this was my second visit & all was fine."

So Went to breakfast the next morning and they said we would be charged at check out as we didn’t have it included. However after explaining what happened to the manager and to why we had come to breakfast as the staff member who checked us in said we had it. They said no and we weren’t to have it, but once manager had realised we had already...

"I came to stay as had some activities to do on the University, my room was very comfortable and had good rest each night."

"Room was comfortable enough though it had a rather shakey chest of draws. Bathroom was short of shelf space near the shower and there was some floor covering missing. Acceptable for a no more than 2-3 nights. General cleanliness was good."

The cleanliness was outstanding and we've stayed in a lot of hotels. We ate at the hotel nearly every night and the evening meal while basic was well presented and well cooked. The cooked breakfast was ideal for us. We've booked to go back in July."

"Really nice place to stay only negatives i would say is restaurants near by very expensive. The room was very nice size but windows was on small side be nice if windows bit bigger and bed facing opposite way to the windows. "
