Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "It was our 2nd time at the hotel . This time we brought two friends for a long weekend. We paid extra for half board . The food is always 10/10 . Choices are excellent. Breakfast is always excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi was amazing , came out totally relaxed . Staff are amazing, super helpful and always happy 10/10 . We stayed In a garden room . "Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced. "
