"Staff were great and very helpful. 3 of us stayed. Sadly the sofa bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable so didnt sleep very well. Would definitely look at other hotels in future that had beds rather than sofa beds. Breakfast was as you expected for a buffet, coffee was awful even the staff didnt seem surprised when i asked if they had somewhere to tip the coffee out. "

"Stayed here a few times before, very handy for pubs and shopping. This time rm 109 seemed quiet noisy, from.outside noise. Great breakfast, would recommend "

"Great for a night's stay. The room had recently been refurbished and was of a nice standard. Staff friendly and easy to check in and out. Massive car park, parking being free. The only let down was the breakfast. The hot food offerings were poor. Powdered eggs, cheap sausages and bacon. Coffee was wasn't the best. However there is a Starbucks on site."

"Brilliant place to stay. Plenty of parking and for us in particular the electric car charging facilities were very useful. We arrived late and the reception is seperate from the hotel itself but the staff made us welcome and directed to our room. The facilities are faultless. We stayed overlooking the zoo and watched the wolves in the morning for at least 30mins before breakfast. Dining is seperate but again very easy use. Definitely use this location again. "Fantastic hotel! Lovely room, I like that it had complementary shampoo body wash and conditioner as I’d forgotten to pack mine! Breakfast was delicious. Staff extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The view of the Racecourse was amazing. "
