"This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"

"Great stay which could be improved with a proper chair in the room, as grandparents sitting on a beanbag is quite a challenge. Restaurant service was appalling and very poor response to complaints. The whole complex was clean and child friendly. Great wildlife park and the festive illuminations were fabulous "

"The hotel and staff were very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Only disappointing aspect was the breakfast, which I would rate as only fair. Self service Coffee machine that gave poor quality drinks and a basic selection of food. Would stay at the hotel agin but would not pay extra for the breakfast."

"Staff veey good and service spot on,rooms modern clean and tidy and great view of racecourse,had to park on land beyond the hard standing,which wasnt ideal,i will always quibble about parking charges athotels when you have paid £120 for a room.Very loud and leud woman in bar area ,took the sheen of our stay with some very strong fish and chip language over a disagreement on the choice of football on your screens.Not what you expect when trying to have a quiet drink after a lovely day at the...

"Just booked a 'Twixtmas' break for my wife and I at the IBIS to recover from the 'demands' of Christmas. Three nights in the IBIS was very good with everything you could want from a budget hotel. Bed was comfy, no noise, good room service convenient for shops and pubs. After various cash back deals the 3 nights cost about £100 which was excellent value. Will be returning in the future."
