"I booked for 7 people to stay at property. The property looked lovely. There were 5 beds. The sofa bed which we intended to use had no bedding. Eventually I got a call back, and the person argued that everything was set and ready, and should be there. I was eventually told that bedding would be delivered to us the next day first thing in the morning . "This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️"

"The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, less than 5 mins from Saturday Market. The accommodation is on 3 floors so not ideal for anyone with significant mobility problems. The garage is small, as stated, but we squeezed a Renault Clio in. We'd definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I, my son and his fiancée and my daughter her partner and our granddaughter were down from Glasgow to attend a family wedding. The booking process was easy and contact with the owner was easy with no issues. The house was lovely. It was very clean, spacious and had more than adequate space (sofas, dining space, beds, washing and toilet facilities) for all of us. "Great house and location, only let down by one aspect the mattress in the main bedroom the spring can be felt on your back which was disappointing. this could be easily solved with the addition of a mattress topper. I would defiantly stay again as I'm a regular visitor to Hull . please update me as i would like to book again. "
