"Friendly bar staff (particularly Tom) on arrival. Clean and comfortable room, however TV remote control was not functioning (suspect dead batteries). Overall, pretty good stay."

"My stay was wonderful the place was great the people were wonderful my only complaint is how you handled my request to change the dates. I was on the phone with your representative for a half hour and you say to get back to me never dead I need didn’t fix it so you owe me a refund"

"The rooms were good but single room you had to use shared toilet and bathroom. It was very clean. No lifts due to only being two floors. Staff carried my luggage up and down. Close too the freemantle markets just across the road. I would stay again but in bigger room with a air conditioner not just a fan. Close driving distance to the beach."
