"We were only at Hotel Nelson for about 12 hours, selecting it because the front desk was open later than most other options and we had a late flight. The room was spacious and we were able to use the pool (nice) the next morning."

"The Beachcomber Hotel has an excellent location, across the street from a large park, with the beach just past the park. There is also restaurants very close by. Our room was a bit small but met our needs. There is not air conditioning, but a fan helped."

"Coming off the ferry (running late) for a one night stay we had a friendly reception that gave the basic highlights of our stay. The room was clean and modern with direct access to the pool, and the bed was very comfortable. The only criticism would be the restricted car parking on our side of the property and the limited choices of menu options available from their new menu (5 choices but only 4 available)."
