"The choice of room was perfect. The staff were kind and informative. Everything was up to par in every way. It made our stay seem so short that we didn't want to leave. After leaving however, we felt incredibly relaxed, a feeling we haven't felt for over 10 years. Needless to say, we will definitely go back this property to stay. We will also be seeking out other locations to stay at when we travel elsewhere."

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"Overall the hotel is decent, the pool and hot tub were both fairly cool but the kids didn’t mind. Great for families! They do charge $20 a night for parking, which I didn’t realize. But that’s ok! "

"Our booked rooms were not available due to renovations so we were given suites instead. These had excellent views of the falls. The hotel is getting tired looking and needs an update but the location and staff are excellent. "
