"Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. "The Novotel was lovely. I had an initial issue with my first room and Shakira on the desk very quickly moved me into another room. A better view on the back too. Be aware, if you are over 6ft3 you will struggle with the showers, as my head was just underneath it. Easily access off the motor way. Clean and tidy, with a great size room. Happily stay again. "

"I booked a last minute stay for one night for my mother, son and myself. Communications were excellent before arrival, parking in hotel car park was easy and check in was efficient. As it is a listed building there is no lift which was an issue for my mum who struggles with stairs ( we were on top floor) but for myself and son, it was fine. The Place adjoining does not open for breakfast until 9am. This is the second time we have stayed here when going to the NEC which is under 10 miles away"
