"Stayed for one night because I needed a place near Frankfurt airport. Arrived late and had a beer and their bar which is great with their brewery, had a great breakfast, and went to the airport (10 mins drive). Everyone was very kind. "

"Before leaving this review I read a few of the negative reviews of others. Some had decent things to say and some were just rude and expecting 5 star treatment in a 3 star place. This is a no frills hotel. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. And that is okay!! These hotels rooms are basic not for hanging out in all day. There are lots of things to do around the hotel so go explore!! Hotel am zoo is in a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops and bakeries and a good diverse...

"Excellent location near train station however, there is a needle clinic and police station nearby. Several people approached us as we walked to hotel. We learned quickly to use side exit from train station to avoid those interactions. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location very walkable to restaurants. But, I was a little nervous at first. We did feel safe entire time."

"The Asian man who worked the reception desk was very accommodating and helpful. The heat was not working properly in my room and he took care of the problem immediately. The man who fixed the heater and cleaned the rooms was very courteous. This hotel is an older hotel but I appreciated that is was small and quiet. I would stay here again! "
