"The front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a good and healthy variety. The restaurant could do better with its heating, though. Overall, a great and convenient stay in between flights!"

"Atrium was unique. Noise from atruim was terrible. Our room was nice, but the bathroom could use some TLC. The staff was pleasant. We were disappointed the spa was out of order. I’m sure that this hotel was top notch when it was new, but it’s showing its age. Nice enough for a night or two if you don’t look too closely. "

"Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too."

"Paying for the parking at the hotel is outrageous. I believe our business as a Customer should be enough but I guess that's a California Law. Other than that it was a great stay at this hotel they provided free compliment breakfast for the 5 days stay with plenty of options to choose. Thank you for meeting our needs."

"Lovely renovated boutique motel. Convenient location. Well appointed rooms- very comfortable beds! My teenage son was disappointed that we couldn’t the record player to work. Would stay again. "
