"Room was fine overall. The AC units are pretty loud so just a heads up to any light sleepers. Unfortunately, we did not have hot water to shower with. We needed to check out in an hour so didn’t bother trying to get that resolved. "

"Great property and classic vibes. No AC in our room but didn’t need it due to cooler night. Walls are a bit thin so I would not recommend lots of children playing in rooms. Overall great experience with great service and accomadating staff "

"The accommodations were adequate. We only were staying because of renovations being done on our house. I had read some reviews so I knew the decor is dated, but it met our needs and saved us ~$100 a night so we were fine with that."

"Very nice inn. Just steps from the shops and restaurants In Kennebunkport. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Great bed. Bathroom was a little small for the size of the room. Dinner at the Burleigh restaurant was delicious and great service. The continental breakfast could use a makeover. Very meager selection of breakfast items. No decent fruit and the coffee was not hot. Overall it was a very nice experience, but I probably would not return. "

"The Elmere House Bed and Breakfast was incredible in every way! Their daily breakfasts were so amazing—so delicious! Michael and Bill, the inn keepers, worked so hard to make our stay the best. We have stayed in B and B’s all over the world, and this one comes in #1. Our suite was large and beautiful with a fireplace, four-poster bed, and gorgeous pine floors. This place definitely earns a five-star rating!"
