"We spent one night here whilst touring around Switzerland. It’s a lovely hotel on the side of a hill overlooking Lake Walensee. Hotel is in good order. As with virtually all hotels in Switzerland, there is no air conditioning so it is recommended to take a mini fan with you if visiting in the middle of summer. "

"Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. "I know this is a weird thing to comment on, but the highlight of our stay was the attendant at the front desk. He was sooo funny, personable and helpful! Even upgraded our room. I wish they'd add more pictures, because the place is much nicer than i expected based on the limited pictures. Wish we had more time to stay there and tour the area. The restaurant/ bar next store was okay. Had a smoking section, but the door was left open. I'm super sensitive to smoke so that killed the experience....
