The hotel, which got my business at the time I needed it, refused to cancel the Orbitz reservation made mistakenly (by me) for the wrong date. So I paid for two stays when I needed but one. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us.
