" The most awesome part of the hotel was the staff. The night staff, Michele and his assistant, were incredibly helpful with our questions about the rail systems. This was our first experience with swiss railways and they were patient and helpful with each of our inquiries. The location could not be more convenient to the rail station and restaurants. "

The construction went on all throughout the early mornings from 4 to 7 a.m. Although this is not the fault of the property it is not acceptable to have this noise while guests are sleeping. "
