"The room was very basic. We booked a 4 bed room (because that’s all was available) but when we checked in it was a small 2 bed room. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee. Quite expensive for the facilities."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. "Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room."

"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation."

"Although the room was a supposed to be superior, it was quite small and cramped. The mini bar made a lot of noise. The evening was unseasonably warm and it was very hot in the room. Opening the window was not a great option since the hotel is located on a busy roundabout. Too warm, too cramped, too noisy…"

"Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay"
