"Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was basic, but had air conditioning, a mini refrigerator and a good supply of hot water for the shower. The hotel is situated walking distance from the tourist spots in Centro: the train station, Cultural Centre, Lopez Palace and Independence House. Though not a lot of dining options in the immediate vicinity, a bit of a walk will take you to areas with plenty of selection. I would definitely stay here in future. "The property is located in a slum area and it is dangerous to go out at night alone . Note also that they have a restaurant which is closed so there is nowhere to eat at night . Don’t stay there "

"Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok. Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather."
