The hotel is in an area that is quiet, not far from the shopping mall, there are a couple of restaurants around it, let’s say I never felt unsafe in the area, and the people were very nice in Paraguay overall.

nice place for a long-term stay.
Nice property for a long-term stay as it felt a little isolated even though it was only a few blocks from a large shopping center. The gym looked nice, it was a full gym that has numerous members from outside, but I was told that I would have to pay for a day pass, which was a negative.

An excellent boutique hotel. Rooms are stylish and clean. It's in the Villa Mora area, but on a quiet street. Walkable to malls like Shopping Mariscal, and also the nightlife of Carmelitas. Internet worked well.

From first appearance to morning breakfast—Hotel Five delivers a first class experience. Love the marble bathroom & the comfy bed. Rooftop pool is a plus. Staff could not be nicer. Great, quiet neighborhood.

Very comfortable bed/room, Friendly & Professional staff and Great location . Adjoining restaurant in lobby area served delicious breakfast accompanied with fine dining service. My only negative was there was no bottled water in room and there was a charge to get it.

Hotel was nice but the room is very básic. Bed, desk, TV. Breakfast was ok. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. The gym was excelente. I wish the gym in my apartment building was as nice. I didn't really like the área. There was a good size mall near by with a few nice restaurants but no stores to buy snacks or beverages. Also there are no tourist attraction near by. I would give it a higher rating if it were in a different location.

The hotel is great. Modern, clean, comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, going an extra mile to ensure you are happy. All 3 people at the reception spoke English, which is not something you take for granted in Paraguay. Would stay here again and recommend that you do too!
