"Wonderful and very helpful stay They were all great It’s very hard walk around the hotel since the hole city is on a huge hill We had a few problems with no internet on the third floor where our suite was for the last day so couldn’t see movies Also big problem with the shower with the water being scorching hot and a dribble of cold. They said it couldn’t get fix because of water pressure. So very difficult and almost impossible to shower and we were there 5 nights The last small problem was...

"Older hidden gem of hotel that needs a little updating. The staff are very friendly! Spa was very nice. Grounds are very well kept. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was good. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. 20 minute walk to the beaches."

"The Hotel Boutique 17 is a wonderful place. I cannot say enough good about it. The entire staff is great, from the front desk to the cleaning personel to the waiters at the restaurant. They are compitent and pleasant. The restaurant /bar has the best view in town and really good food. And the rooms are spacios, clean, and comfortable. I wish I had stayed there a month"

"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. "Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay! "
