"The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a walk in, powerful shower. We had breakfast, which had a nice selection of bread and rolls. Cheese's, ham and salmon. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the hotel was a great central location with the bus station just across the road. The old town was beautiful and within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. Light sleepers beware. No tea making facility in the room or a stocked bar. Water is provided every day. The staff will provide you with a kettle if you ask. "

"Disappointed as very confusing on how to gain entry to property as no email sent on how to gain entry, listing showed 2 bathrooms but these were shared bathrooms. Very noisy from restaurant below and from 7am there was a child shouting and running up and down outside room. Wouldn’t stay again."
