"We got a room on the 18th floor overlooking the falls and the views were stunning, which made the stay at this hotel worth it, although the facility is not state of the art nor had too many updates. Nothing compares to seeing the falls from top at any given time of the day and in any weather condition. "

"There is an additional tax that you have to pay in the niagara area..i find this to be unacceptable ..staff were unable to waive this fee. We dined at Brasa steakhouse last night and they were more than accomodating to reverse this charge. I would expect the Ramada to do the same."

"Overall, a very nice hotel stay. Check in was a breeze and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is definitely older as some doors are difficult to open and close. Many of the power outlets are worn out but at least the coffee maker outlet is new. "

"Staff was nice but they prioritize guests in a manner in which they leave the first person they were attending to wait and be inconvenienced while they check in a party that walked in afterwards. Also, our keys kept “breaking” even though we had them isolated from all technology to avoid this. Hotel was very nice and clean. Parking is a bit of a hassle in the area."

"Nice and clean, Parking extra $20 fee, good breakfast, across the street from 2 convience stores. only down side, I tried to get a late check out, was asked for $40.00 for 2 hours (that is Niagara Falls) Great property. "

"Wonderful bed and pillows, and so close to everything yet was quiet for sleeping. We used the indoor pool and hot tub and sauna before we checked out which was so nice. All The staff were plentiful and very nice and pleasant. We would totally return to this hotel- and did I mention the free parking!"

"The hotel is older but beautifully remodeled. It is connected by indoor walking to souvenier shopping, the Hershey store, Casino, a food court, Starbucks, and the Hard Rock Cafe. There was an excellent view of the Falls from our room. The only 2 issues were the bathroom has a pedestal sink, so no counter space and the air conditioning blows very softly. We are hot natured and wanted it to be cooler, but it never did cool down anymore. Everyone on staff was very friendly."

"We stayed here for our wedding. Got married at Club Roma and it’s nicely located only a 10minute drive from the venue. A big plus for us is that they are dog friendly as our dog was our ring bearer. They were super accommodating and we saw a few dogs during our stay but didn’t hear any barking! We stayed in the penthouse/ executive suite to go all out for our special day. It was very clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us 7 girls to get...
