"Hotel Director was a great stay and affordable! Vitacura is a nice area to stay- lots of food options and shopping walkable from hotel. Only negative feedback is that the AC wasn't very strong, and there was loud banging in the morning (could have been construction). The staff were amazing- shout out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond for us! "

"Arrived after a long flight expecting to be shown straight to our air conditioned apartment. Unfortunately the number of the apartment we expected to be directed to was incorrect, after some difficulties with translation , thanks to the security staff on duty we were re directed further down the block to a different apartment. Security / reception at the new block were not able to confirm our booking but luckily a cleaner had the good sense to use google translate to advise us our apartment was...

"The property is in an excellent location, since I traveled there in winter the apartment was not cold, with a beautiful view of the Mountains. It could improve bathroom sanitization, and a little old-fashioned run-down furniture, other than that the apartment is functional and has the needed full kitchen for someone with celiac conditions or similar. "
