I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby. "The apartment was very comfortable and was just what we needed for a 3 night stopover. We were able to walk to the plaza de España, for food and drinks. The historical sites around Mérida were absolutely worth a visit or two. The splendid Roman ruins were within easy walking distance of the apartment. All in all an excellent place to stay. "
