"I would have given this a higher rating but my son and daughter went to front desk and asked for a few more wash clothes and hand towels and they waited a bit then were told they would be delivered to our room as soon as another clerk was at the front desk. Well we never received them. We ended up washing our face using a bath towel!!! "Always a great time at the Residence Inn. "

"This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food. "
