"The hotel was located in the heart of the city - close to many shops, restaurants and sights. The staff were charming and helpful, and the rooms spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were changed daily. The carpets on the landings were shabby. The breakfast delicious. My only criticism was the standard room was rather small and dark, overlooking a small central courtyard. The furniture basic. With hindsight I would have booked a superior room which was larger and...
