"Check in was very efficient and the food menu was sensibly priced, offering nice variety. It made life a lot easier for us to have our evening meal there rather than head out on a winter evening with young children. Our boys really liked the table football in reception and the rooms were no frills but well presented and cleaned. "Hotel is situated in lovely grounds and looks very impressive on the drive up. Room felt like it could do with a bit of updating but was clean enough and comfortable. Bar area and restaurant were also excellent with friendly staff. Wouls stay again"

"Room was cramped for a family of 3 room but you get what you pay for , but did what we needed it to do , it was very clean , had tv and nice size shower. Went for food down stairs and the pizza was amazing the satff were polite , helpful and friendly . Down side is the parking is quite a bit away if youve got alot of luggage and maybe disabled. However you do get discount on the parking for 24 hours we paid £10 for the parking ."

"It was over Christmas time we stayed 23rd to 27th some noises and bumps late at night. The Staff were very helpful at all times. The kitchen had its problems but the staff held its side up well done. "

"When checking in, the reception person told me I hadn’t paid for the rooms without having properly checked after I told him I booked through Expedia. He was trying to charge me for the rooms and I had to check myself and then tell him I have a receipt from Expedia. Not great service. Overall, a decent hotel and well located though."
