There are a few niggles, although I put them into the category of observations and not complaints. The bed in the 'very' large bedroom was very creaky, and is perhaps time for a new mattress. "The house has a really wonderful kitchen and garden, so much space! Lovely quiet area, very peaceful, great nights sleep! The whole house was very comfortable and well decorated. Fun art on the walls, lots of attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay. A really wonderful property and very well equipped."

"Acer Cottage is ideally situated for exploring the area. Tideswell is peaceful yet very well served with essential services. It was a treat to find the Merchant’s Yard just steps away and the bakery was great too. The cottage itself was equipped and furnished to a high level and communication before arrival was excellent.
