"I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10"

"Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak. "

"We had a wonderful time. Beautiful home and great location. Would just advise other guests that we were asked repeatedly by neighbors not to walk or play close to their properties. There are no fences and it was all covered in snow so hard to tell where one property ends and the other begins. Just a heads up. "

"Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor (3rd floor ice machine worked) - Hallway carpet and walls a bit dirty and worn. The actual room was very clean and had plenty of towels, very nice. A really great location and price was reasonable."

"Overall the property was great. However, it was super hot when we arrived and the provided air fans were not enough. Perhaps an air fan in every room rather than just one and a bigger one in the living room would work best. "
