We visited during the summer and enjoyed fly-fishing, golf (a bit of a grasshopper issue), dinner and shopping at the resort, kayaking out of Tahoe Vista, shopping and lunch at King's Beach and a trip into Reno. "This is an amazing property. It is clean and gorgeous. Views are amazing. We loved the ability of walking out the door and being in the village. We never left the property as it has everything you need. In the condo, we didn’t cook but it is fully stocked with everything you could need. "Can’t beat the location especially with small kids. Our only complaint really has nothing to do with the condo itself. Bring ear plugs if it snows. The snow plows work ALL night long! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property was OK. Bedrooms downstairs, LR, DR, kitchen upstairs. Kitchen not particularly well equipped (no salt, old grungy pots). Annoying protocol to deal with trash: must take trash 1.5 miles away on checkout, then return to unit to return the keycard needed to get into the trash area. "

"We were in town for a family wedding in Tahoe City. This condo was perfect to get away from the hubbub of the wedding planning and close enough to many other activities. The village has lots of great restaurants and fun social scene at night. The AC in the condo was appreciated over this warm weekend. We had easy check-in, parking and charging station were nearby. Jo Ann (our host) is amazing with sending instructions and parking pass prior to arrival. Unit was well equipped and beds were comfy....

"The location, the atmosphere, the standard amenities, and the process of renting was excellent. It’s close enough to Lake Tahoe and truckee township to be convenient but far enough away to be blissfully quiet. It was in fact very clean and the people are all very friendly. The only issues we had was there is no air conditioning but box fans were provided. Only issue there is the tv volume isn’t loud enough to hear over the roar of the fans. The kitchen refrigerator and freezer didn’t get cold...
