"Great hotel and in a really good location. It’s a newer hotel and it has become my go to when traveling to Augusta. It’s right by everything (near Regal 20) so getting to the major streets and highway are all 5-7min away with many food options less than 10min away. Staff is also nice"

"We stayed at this hotel after switching from a sub-par Augusta suite. Comparatively this stay was phenomenal. It was clean and when we were missing amenities, they quickly brought them up. We specifically wanted a room with a kitchen to cook our own food. The room had a spatula but no frying pan (they brought one up) a large sauce pan with a cover and a small steaming pan, but no matching sauce pan to fit it in, though there WAS a lid for it that was missing. "Not good next to elevator and ice machine "

"The hotel was sold out. The room we were given was a handicap accessible room (we did not request this). The room was hot and we literally had to turn til he AC all the way down and it cooled off in the middle of the night (this repeated all 3 nights we were there). The ceiling fan over the bed would not work unless the light was on as well. The shower leaked and the kitchen sink sprayed water onto the floor. It is a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly but that room was not a good one. "
