"Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion. "

"We loved that breakfast was included and it wasn’t continental style. There were quite a few options for breakfast and it was very filling. We also liked that there was a small bar. They also booked tours for us and offered to serve breakfast half hour earlier so we could eat before we were picked up.
