The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!"

Room was excellent: big, comfortable, excellent shower and large bathroom, wonderful terrace overlooking the garden. Highly recommended. "
