Very nice hotel with perfect location within a few meters to the main square. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Parking was also fairly easy. The only problem was the wifi, it was terrible, slow and cutting off all the time.

Fabulous hotel in great location . Spotless rooms with large comfy beds, super shower ( bathroom in general ) and air con. Fully secure parking to feel safe travelling solo. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the cost associated with pets. €15-€20 per dog per night seems excessive. Other than this 5 stars for sure. Would happily return 😊

Loved this hotel & its locations. Huge room compare to all the other European hotel rooms. Parking easy to get to & easy to get out. Very close to Caceres old city, great restaurants, good food, & shops. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I only stayed here one night but loved it so much that wished would have stayed more.

This hotel is in a really good spot for all you wish to see in Caceras, however it’s a 3 star hotel not 4 stars. The reasons are breakfast in the first day reasonable, the cook station up and running, 3 staff on duty plenty of everything. Note though management breakfast meeting taking place. Next day different story, lack of staff, and breakfast items. On the whole a bit of a disappointment.

Worst four star hotel ever.
One of the worst four star hotels I have stayed in. I booked a double room with queen bed four months ago. They gave me a room with two singles. They said you could only have one wifi code PER ROOM, not per person or device. We arrived in the room about 4.00.p.m. After a long drive we wanted a siesta before going out at night. The noise from the hotel street bar outside was deafening, even with the double glazing and was echoing off the walls. We asked to move but were bluntly told no. They said the noise should stop by ten. They said they would look at a reduction in the bill in the morning. When I came to pay, they said I should have booked directly rather than through Hotels.com and they would not do anything. Please do not go there if you want a good stay in this beautiful city.
