"Bloom House is situated in a very convenient location right by the Bolhão Metro station on a pedestrian street near the Ste Catarina Chapel and Balhão Market. Lots of café and shops around. The staff are very helpful. They contacted me before my arrival and I could checked in early. They provided a map with recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit. "Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again."
