"Ha sido realmente cómodo. La comunicación con la empresa por un problema con la tarjeta fue excepcional. Me solucionaron todo rápidamente. Está todo muy nuevo y limpio. No le faltaba detalle. Supuestamente tiene una piscina en la parte más alta del edificio pero en pleno día de reyes....pues como que no la fuimos a probar. Se oía algo,muy poco, de ruido de otras estancias,pero vamos...sin ningún problema. No tienen parking pero para aparcar,en la calle sin ningún problema. Sin dudarlo...

"Bad experience, found a live roach in the room, the A/C wouldn’t work (in spite of front desk programming it, it went off shortly after), the lights wouldn’t work until front attendant came to turn on breaker. No bar soap to wash hands. Base boards and floor in room looked filthy. Booked two rooms and both had similar problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Selected hotel based on good rating and positive reviews on hotels.com; however, these were obviously misleading."

The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the restaurant area was very pretty but why have a lovely restaurant area with a very pretty bar if the bar is never open? In fact there is no way of buying a drink inside the hotel at all so if you're at the pool all day you'd better bring your own! "I would not recommend this hotel despite its beautiful bar. The hotel itself is however clean and modern but there are a few things that made the stay underwhelming. The biggest was that the advertised pool was closed, in mid July while the high temperate routinely touches 40 plus degrees (100F). The explanation was confusing and convoluted. The layout was equally confusing as the lobby is on a side street off the main pedestrian area and not clearly marked. Getting to the restaurant and common...
