"We were the only 2 quests for 1st night /morning & the staff were fantastic, we could not ask for more. Room, bed ok spacious bathroom with no slip tiles, only concern doorway only about 180cm clearance, at 195cm hit my head a few times. Hotel is out in the Mulga, so car a must to get around. Would stay again."

"The resort is beautiful and tucked away down by the river. It was very quiet, and floating on a raft let us sleep through the night. The room itself could use some improvements in decorations and the bathroom needs a makeover. However, it is a room floating on the river so the experience was most enjoyable. "Im so glad we booked this place. I booked 2 river raft rooms for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are a great size, drinks fridge has very reasonable charges (65 baht beer, 20-30 baht soft, 20 baht crisps etc). Room service was 20 baht for extra drinks if you run out, so really cant complain. The setting is just great, lovely greenery, sound of the river, wildlife, swimming pool built into the river (the kids loved this) and lots of seating areas! Food was fine, breakfast is basic...

"Terrible stay in my life experience. The electricity went out around 5pm and the hotel had no attendant after many attempts to contact them. Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck....
