"Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."

"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. Despite having booked their most expensive room, I felt...

"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."
