"The check in was confusing. Granting I booked it 3 hours before check-in, the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation even when presented with passport. Also they didn't have me on the breakfast list when I checked and paid for the service. I don't understand why this isn't clearly on both parties reservation. I wish this to be a simple and smooth process. The staff were helpful and respectful about the process. The room was quiet, clean including the bathroom. I was hoping for better...

"Only issue was the showerhead was not present! They fixed it in 5 minutes. Hotel is a bit old and some furniture shows it, but the bed was confortable and service was great."

Delicious made to order breakfast every morning (that changed each day and was fast service) and great every day cleaning service. 10/10. The hotel is so cute too, more bed and breakfast style than a hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back!! "
