"We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. A few of the treks were restricted and that was the only negative point."

BUT: 1) They “lost” my booking (but Expedia DIDNT) 2) they charged me DOUBLE at the front desk than agreed on. 3) the room was tiny, no amenities (I guess other than a bed). No mini fridge 4) bugs 5) loud noise in the hallway (constantly) 6) 5 fizzy AF channels 7) after 45 mins the power went out “for most of the night” All I asked was for a 10$ refund, after I left after 3 hours. They where awful Avoid 👏 at 👏 all 👏...
