"Reception staff were excellent helpfull and very accomodating . The bar staff were very helpfull specially the barman calked jack he was so freindly and was so helpfull,. We had lovely three nights and enjoy our stay the only thing i thought need improvement us the poole showers did not have soap tp get the chlorile off your skin ,appart from this little things we had a lovely stay and we will be using the hotel again when we visit Weymouth again "

"We had a lovely stay here and would return again. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. There was a good selection for breakfast and all the meals we had during our stay was excellent. Our room was great, with a nice cosy theme. The bed was too firm for me and my partner, though that is down to personal preference and no fault of the hotel.
