"Everything great"

"Lovely hotel. Close to harrogate centre. Lovely bar area, recently refurbished . The new Amber restaurant was amazing. Rooms a bit dated and tatty. Have not been decorated in years ( I stayed here in 2018 and still the same decor. Bed comfy and big rooms. "

"Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy."

"I had a single room and, as usual, for most single travellers, it was tucked away as an afterthought. I understand that the integrity of the building needs to be maintained but there was a massive crack in the upper pane of the window in the bedroom and a gap between the sashes that let in blasts of cold air. "Airport shuttle not available but staff called taxi of my choice, which arrived on time but more expensive. Good food nearby. "

"Excellent hotel, first visit and will definitely be back. Clean, spacious room. Shower was fab, hand soap, shower gel etc in bathroom smells amazing. Room had 4 usb ports and plenty of sockets. Bed was a bit creaky but also very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very clean. Staff very friendly everywhere in the hotel and very helpful. "
