"The hotel is very convenient for arrival by train only 5 minutes from railway station. Friendly and helpful staff. excellent dinner and good lunch carvery. The garden rooms are overpriced as they are outside the main hotel block."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds, and great clean bedroom with en-suite. Staff we met at reception and at breakfast were amazing. The breakfast itself was superb too. Bed, though, could have been more comfortable and TV better placed. Overall though a really great place to stay and highly recommended. "
